Tounge tie help

Im getting my tounge tie cut in 2 months at the big age of 16 and that makes me wonder if things would of been different if i would of done it when i was younger. Would it have made a difference in my face? If so im kind of pissed, because when I was a kid I had speech issues that i think were caused by my tongue tie, yet the person helping me with my speech never even checked it.

i have one to and ive been thinking

myofunctional therapy wasnt possible because of it

proper tongue posture for example

bad tongue posture = no support for the maxilla

this is probally the reason my jaw is downgrown i dont have true downward growth its mainly my mandible and my ramus is still long

tongue tie doesnt allow proper tongue posture thats most likely why

I don’t think u should cut it urself dawg, just ask ur dentist to check it out, that’s what I did and she said I needed to get it cut
