Biting a towel and pulling it for forward growth,

Cope or valid? How about during puberty?

Inb4 jfl theres a scientific thread that says mewing cope thumbpulling cope but this isnt this is why people who eat steak and hard food get forward growth or something.

Idk where it is but its somewhere here but cope or no?

I have heard that gnawing on meat with your front teeth to pull apart peices of meat stimulates forward growth cuz it applies a pulling pressure to the sutures in palate. apparently this was a factor for early humans insane forward growth and why weve seen the appaearance of an overbite in modern skulls. the towel method seems to mimic the movement pretty well imo.

It works chances are you have too much face fat to see any real improvements

it does work, check my post on it. 99% of people who do it don't do it right and aren't consistent with it. Its thing you gotta grind over a long time, it takes hours and hours and it FUCKING HURTS. you gotta pull until your whole face turns red, until you feel like you're gonna puke, until you hear cracking noises in all your skull and until you LITERALLY FEEL DIZZY. read my post on it, I detailed my technique.
