Just started training for track and field and posted a photo on my IG story and never in my life have I had THIS many girls replying to my story, putting you guys on. When I post just my physique and it's the main focus I look like a lifeless gymbro, but if the focus isn't the physique girls actually like it.
Also learning colour grading and a high quality camera helps

Mogs but your head should be in line with your back and your butt should be up.

Slight bend in arms and don't look up until you've strode out further.

Bring your left block up so you can properly push off it when you crouch start otherwise it's redundant and will just take away from your time. And also forwards. Ideally your non-dominant knee is adjacent/slightly infront of your arms when leaning over.
You may need to bring right block forwards proportionately to compensate.
Fix your crouch start setup and you will run sub-14 ez.

Thanks man I'll look back at this reply next time I'm at the track, I've been told that I have the right body proportions (positive ape index, short torso, long legs) for sprinting and in the next half decade might be able to run a sub 11 :what: but only time and dedication will tell
