I just do OMAD (one meal a day) when I want to lean out, it's by far been the most efective way for me. Even if I overeat that 1 meal I am still in a good caloric deficit.

Tracking is great but it can get a bit tedious, especially when you cook more complex meals so you have to calculate every thing that goes in it jfl.

TBH IT'S A GOOD POINT

CUS RARELY SOMEONE EXCEEDS 1.5K CALS IN ONE SITTING ON A CUT

BUT IM EMPLOYED SO MOST OF TIMES IM TRAVELLIN AND SHIT DOES GET HARD TO CONTROL AS SOME OF MY CO WORKERS SUGGEST TO HAVE A SNACK
