Why are there such few traditionally masculine guys who wants a family and isn't a degenerate, liberal, or drug user?

How many guys do you know who can actually confidently say that they know how to use a rifle? Or cook something, or even change a diaper? It's partially modern women's fault too because so many girls these days don't even look for anything in a guy besides maybe that he's a drug dealer.

But why do we have to live in such a degenerate time?
