I saw some threads that this is similar too hydrocortisone cream and if used on tip of nose that it can have same effects with side effects being skin thinning, does anyone have more info like how long I should leave the cream on for?

i used to use it i left it there for rest of the day but i dont recomend it just use isotert because hyfrocortisone made my nose fall off like tert pruge but worts if your gonna use it use a little bit and not every day
