train every day?
 
no point in training it every day, do it when you do back or shoulders
 
train it 3x week and what I did was:

Warmup moving the neck through all its range of motion carefully

3-5 Supersets: 1- neck flexion, lying in bed with the head and a little of shoulders on the edge, put the weight disks on your forehead with a towel to not braise the skin

2- neck extension, with a dumbell, towel and moutguard y clenched the towel to train the back part of the neck

Optional: neck lateral raises, you lay laterally and do the same as neck flexion but isolating each side
