Training 5x a week is ideal for performance and health

I have been experimenting, when I used to train 7x a week I had high cortisol, tired look and high stress, 6x a week still tired me but 5 times is perfect, anything less is unoptimal and anything more is fatigue



Day 1: Push
Day 2: Pull
Day 3: Legs + Forearms
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: Push
Day 6: Pull
Day 7: Rest

Also I make sure to go on long walks and explore new places during my rest days as it not only lowers stress which in turn helps recovery but it's good for getting your daily movement in which is important for looksmaxxing and health
