Nobody can notice in public how much you can lift because a guy who can deadlift 10 kg or more might have 5 lbs of less lean mass than one who doesn’t.

A LTN gymcel with shit clavicles has to spend time in the gym as if he lives there maybe going 4-6x a week but Chad has good genetics and eats whatever the fuck he wants while training twice a week on average.
Imagine the amount of stress you put in your body and heart. Excessive training is catabolic and does more harm than good. Just pump more cortisol than testosterone in your body theory.
