the training isnt really fun, it only gets fun when youre weightmogging the other guys around you, the progression isnt as good as the actual amount of weight you lift, like the only reason I hated plateuing on lifts was because i stopped progressing at such a weak level which eventually led to my regretful bulk. The physique is the cool part of training, when im home and see a mirror I flex infront of the mirror, the actual effort is dreadful especially going to the physical gym, i only ever go if a friend decides to come, other than that i just workout from home now with bodyweight and dumbbells.

it can be fun, depends on ur gym and surroundings, recently i just like doing nothing, laying in bed all day during the weekends, skipping classes to either walk around or go home maybe go to the gym, cant even be bothered to play video games just watch youtube and come on here:lul:

I do find training enjoyable, just not everything around it. Such as the retards there that hog the machines, leave their sweaty ass marks on them and whatever. I wish I had a home gym

you just gotta keep training and pushing through and the time will come where you see progress again and it will become fun again, i’ve been at this cycle for 5 years now.

Dang man, I feel like skipping today I meant to hit chest and shoulders this Saturday but it's Sunday. Should I hit chest and shoulders today or Skip and wait for when my routines chest and shoulders is on Tuesday

And if I do it today could a quick 30 minute workout work.

Just to get back in the routine is it ok to just do incline dumbell press, push ups, and lateral raises?

Do incline dumbell presses, some sort of chest flies, lateral raises and shoulder press. imo this can be done in 30 minutes, just have to do two sets per exercise, 5-8 reps with zero rir

low iq post, nobody likes to feel like shit for an hour, realisticly the only reason why people go to the gym is to socialise and for the results
