i don’t get why people tell you to train lats for a better frame, it doesn’t change your natural standing frame, it only changes when you flex them, unless you can get them big enough too not have to flex them? but i don’t see that working
Skeletal structure is skeletal structure but training ur lats/shoulders will absolutely have an impact on frame
