we are supposed to have a V shaped body, not a X one like gymcells.

Having thick legs decreases dimorphism as thats a female trait, and thick legs and thunder thighs are just useless weight that dont ascend u in anyway. Unless u have stick for legs u dont need to train them.

If ur short they'll make u look like a manlet, and if ur tall youll look shorter

just make sure ur legs are actually usuable out in the real world

another important thing is that make sure they dont extend further outwards than ur hips, or u enter gymcel territory.
