I've seen loads of videos of jacked calisthenics dudes, and a bunch of gymcel copers in the comments like "this is why you don't skip leg day":feelsuhh: or some shit

It's gay to train anything for that matter, except going for some Chad swimming session, but training legs is ultra gay indeed.

If you want to torture yourself, then just lightly train upper body and that's it.

I love training legs and glutes. You won't understand until you build a decent lower body. With chicken uncordinated legs and impaired locomotor patterns it's understandable you won't enjoy training them.

you want to do minamlist leg training to mantain some decent size and glutes

you want to avoid heavy leg days that will fuck up your cns

the volume and weight needed to have good legs is a joke

Legs are for transport. That's why running mogs. Adding extra horsepower and weight to them is useless.
Of course doing legs sometimes for the T boost is good but focusing on them is pretty much wasted effort.
