the incontestably best workout split is upper body 3x a week

this will maximize gains, without wasting any time in the gym, each session takes about half-an-hour to an hour, so u only need to be in gym 1.5-3 hours a week

2 sets per muscle group, chest, shoulders, upper back, lats, triceps, biceps, thats it

if i was given the choice to quit the gym forever, or train legs, i would quit the gym forever, there is absolutely no benefit to having big legs, nobody really gives a fuck about ur legs besides foolish gymcels, they are usually non-visible anyway, and to ensure this, always wear pants, or long shorts, here is an example:
