the incontestably best workout split is upper body 3x a week
this will maximize gains, without wasting any time in the gym, each session takes about half-an-hour to an hour, so u only need to be in gym 1.5-3 hours a week
2 sets per muscle group, chest, shoulders, upper back, lats, triceps, biceps, thats it
