No, your masseters just get bigger and when you clench your jaw it could give the appearance of hollow cheeks. I do this and I can confirm that its working.

But so the thing of hollow cheeks work only if you clench the jaw? If you train it it does not give you the same results?

No, hollow cheeks are basically just debloating and low bf %. Clenching your jaw would have no effect on the actual hollowness of your cheeks. By clenching the jaw you can only "fraud" hollow cheeks cause your masseters pop out more and make it look like your cheeks are more hollow than they actually are.

But so, like , a more prominent masseter wont Get me A MORE STRONG base for hollow cheeks? Yeah they of course not Get hollow cheeks alone but like can if support it

If you get inflamation from using this muscle too much then youll have bloated buccal area

yes and no - if u do it too much it just looks like u have chubby cheeks but high set , prominent zygos + strong masseters = hollow cheeks

Worked for me. All depends on your zygomatic bones though

Worked for me, idk if it has to do with the insertion of the muscle or if mine isn't overdone.

Greycel if u see hallow cheeks when clenching it's like flexing ur biceps, ofc they look bigger! But in this case scenario if u significantly hypertrophy masseters and u are low bf, u will get hallow cheeks

Those arent hollow cheeks.

Those arent hollow cheeks.
Hallow cheeks usuaally come from either hypertrophied masseters with good insertions or from well developed cheekbones grey

No, hollow cheeks come from the lack of volume between cheekbones and jawline. Educate urself + its "hollow" not hallow

What a retarded greycel telling me to educate myself just for a little mispell jfl! My point is still valid tho, there are a lot of people who got hollow cheeck from masseter hypertrophy, how do u explain that? I can show u exemples

Retard those are not hollow cheeks. Masseters have nothing to do with the hollowness of your cheeks.

yeah if u 2x its size but the more prominent your zygos are the lass u would need to train the masseter if in some cases u dont even need to have maxed out masseters
