Training natty feels like the biggest waste of time, and you will probably look like shit after training for 10 years unless youve got insane genetics or really lean so much ppl think it's dedication or whatever bs they can muster up

depends if ur high iq enough to run any of the other shit and it can be extremely worth it

Not about high iq you can only mitigate so much. Especially water retention. Stuff like low dose tren could be worth for recomp but the more moving parts you got (stuff in your cycle) the harder it will be for you to adjust your doses to minimize sides

With test only its easy just dut, isotret, and epl with proper supplements and you will still make very good gains as a beginner with good diet and training

i am taking 300 mg of test a week and im already using 40 mg telmisartan and how to mitigate other heath side effects im thireteen

Not about high iq you can only mitigate so much. Especially water retention. Stuff like low dose tren could be worth for recomp but the more moving parts you got (stuff in your cycle) the harder it will be for you to adjust your doses to minimize sides

if im training natty, it means i train for health, not for aesthetics


though if i have good genetics, then even with natty training my physique will look good

Unfortunately you need good genetics to look aesthetic regardless as gear doesn’t fix bone structure but good points

people blasting gear and think bigger = better

where its all about genetics, and if size does not matter, why would i blast gear?
