Training routine. What to improve

Every train session is 1 hour long. Rest between the reps is around 1:30 - 2 minutes. After training I also do stretches for 10 minutes.
Monday - chest + tricep
Tuesday - back + bicep
Wednesday - leg training (not hard, bc I have a injury (crunch and grindingin my knee why doing squats), I have made a research, so I think that it may caused by assimetrical ankle mobility, so I do stretches to cure it).
Tuesday - rest
Friday - swimming
Saturday - swimming
Sunday - forearm + shoulders
 
none this matters unironically
