What do you think about this full-body program?
It has three separate days, which I’ll call A, B, and C. I rotate bench and incline bench. For example, I’ll do bench on Day A, incline on Day B, and bench on Day C. Then I’ll switch: incline on Day A, bench on Day B, and so on.

Day A
Bench Press – 3 sets
Pull-Ups – 3 sets
Lateral Raises – 2 sets
EZ Bar Curls – 2 sets
Triceps Pushdowns – 2 sets
Leg Press – 3 sets

Day B
Incline Bench Press – 3 sets
Barbell Rows – 3 sets
Lateral Raises – 2 sets
Hammer Curls – 2 sets
Dips – 2 sets
Romanian Deadlift – 3 sets

Day C
Bench Press – 3 sets
Lat Pulldowns – 3 sets
Rear Delt Fly – 2 sets
Biceps Curls – 2 sets
Triceps Pushdowns – 2 sets
Squats – 3 sets

What do you think? :feelshah:

Bump

Full body routines are cringe. I did them for 3 years and my body was horrendous. Idc what bb forum copers say, my experience tells me otherwise.

For the first year in the gym they make sense, but not a single day more than that

Why do you think that? I think they are great because I could hit muscle 3 times a week.

instead of lat pulldown you can do some form of horizontal pull, add some form of flys, In my opinion FBW aint the best cause you dont have that much volume in a day for a body part, add more compound exercises like Dips. if you have only 3 days to train i would do smth like: Upper/lower/Upper (instead of last upper you can do either push or pull, depending on your priorities), you can text me for more info,

I think this routine is solid. You can get good results with it as a beginner. After a while I'd change it either to upper lower or ppl once you become intermediate. Your routine doesn't matter that much as a beginner just do progressive overload and follow a routine that you like and can follow.

Because it’s a shitty frequency, the switch between exercises is stupid. It looks like a bad maintenance split tbh.
what do you do different?
I’m doing FBeod. I would advice you to do it as well, if you don’t enjoy it/you wanna go more days a week, then you can do UL 4/6 times a week.

Thanks! I am going to the gym for around year and now I hopped on test, I was thinking that this is best because with this program I am able to hit muscle 3 times a week.

As long as you continue making progress you can run it no problem. When you stop making progress with it do a 4-6 day routine. As an intermediate it really helps having dedicated days for each muscle so you can get more volume and intensity without fatiguing other muscle groups.
