How legit is training suprahyoid muscles,

- does it have an effect on appearance, and can it ascend u
-and what r the proper training methods


so far I've only seen 2 methods:

1: rapid opening and closing of the jaw

some japanese study but idk if its legit has anyone tried it

and 2: mental protuberance resistance

Following … and neck curl / extension even , are they cope or legit ?
 
that rapid jaw exercise actually worked for me. give it a shot. just be careful not go to fast or over do it because you might fuck up your TMJ

I've been doing it 3 times a day for about 3-4 months now (4 sets of 25 reps), it's been a really slow and gradual process. I don't know the exact measurement, but I would say my hyoid raised around a full cm, maybe a little bit higher. Also if you're going to start it, make sure to start with a smaller amount of reps and force so you don't dislocate your TMJ.
