Im training 6 days a week now
Lift natty for next 2 years till I turn 20 then i will do roids for 1 year, then maintain natty after

Im hypertrophying my chest, shoulders and lats more maximum width, my legs are already pretty naturally strong and retain muscle mass easier, so i can get away with doing legs a lot less.

Everything matters, thats why its so important to have a lean physique especially when youre tall

Ive got a huge frame to fill up so its going to take a lot of work

I will still be doing my boxing work on the side but my main focus needs to be putting on lean mass so i can get to light heavyweight or cruiser

I just don't have any motivation to do any fitness rn. Just whats to the point with an ugly face and bad pheno
