Physique - very often, they compliment shoulders, back, chest, arms, everything, framepill triumphs again

Personality - hard to conclude because as we know personality is entirely tied to looks. However, once you pass the looks threshold, I think having charisma, sense of humor and not being a pussy ass bitch can increase attractiveness.

In conclusion, I think it's important to be observant in social situations and notice what things are foids positively reacting to in men, rather then listening to what some retard online or irl says.

hair is also another easy thing to get complimented on. Just have long well maintained hair and women will mention it as long as you arent ugly
