I feel as though you are simplifying the BP into some nuanced black and white philosophy for the simple shock factor, which I commend because generally that is what it can be defined as. But its way larger and more complex than that. The BP revolves around how the system is brought up, and your role within it. (Which in its entirety is practically everything revolving around social interaction and the biological factors that revolve around said interactions)

EDIT: you cannot be blackpilled and religious because of the logical deduction you made to recognize the blackpill. With my understanding, if you are logical enough to comprehend the BP you are logical enough to deduce that there is no god and the universe is far to complex for something to have created it.

I can give you two things to think about, one from an agnostic viewpoint and one from a Christians.

Cancer doesn't just happen; there has to be something that caused the cancer. Maybe the mother was exposed to a chemical or radiation during pregnancy. It's not right that the baby got cancer, but god didn't come down and grow cancer in the baby; the baby got cancer due to humans. An agnostic can believe that god created the world and doesn't touch it anymore, maybe he left it, it's not perfect so it could mutated/infected/glitched just like a computer program.

Christians believe that god created the world and humans perfectly, but the sin of Adam and Eve was the virus, and it spread across the world, allowing things to be infected/mutated. But instead of just leaving or obliterating the earth, he loved them through their betrayal and gave them a second chance with eternal life where the virus is no longer a problem.

I'm not saying you should believe any of these, I'm saying if god exists, it would be wrong to attribute him as the cause for all the bad. A better argument would be "why does god not intervene"? which also has some explanations from both sides, but it's a lot harder to comprehend.
