This is a good lesson for hairtransplant faggots who want to manipulate their hairline. There's more nuance to augmenting your hairline then just lowering it. Prime example is this, MtF trannies typically lower their hairline

Is it a good idea for guys to do hairline lowering surgery?

I think it depends on your skull/forehead shape. If your forehead is naturally rounded I don't know if you could ever do something like a short and square hairline without it looking uncanny.

If you plan it properly I think it may be worth. I'm talking about hair transplant to mimick a lower hairline, I don't know anything about hairline lowering surgery. I think hair transplant is superior for this purpose

Didn't she get V-Line Jaw Surgery to feminise her features?

it probably is, but what about both lowering and a transplant?

wouldnt you save grafts this way?

Hmm maybe, lower it slightly so you don't get low enough to your forehead wrinkles and then for the rest and further augmenting use hair transplant.

my hairline is both too round and too high - so triyng to solve both with just a transplant could cost me a lot of grafts
I need to do more research on hairline lowering tho

He posted that he gets fillers regularely
I mean maybe he does, fillers could give her/him some extra size and plumpness, but the shape and all the other important traits are genetic
like a thin lipped women won't be able to achieve fogger lips just with some filler
