His jaw definition. Clearly there is more at play here than simply shaving and doing duckface, his jawbones are prominant and visible all the way back to his ears from his front profile.
"He lost weight" you say. Looks like it, maybe down from an original 18% to something like 12% but that on its own is not enough for this much of a difference..
Is it surgery? If I tell my doctors I'm a a tranny will they give me free cosmetics?
