Transcending looks is my goal

The amount of energy and mental power being so constantly aware of physical attractivness takes is immense.

I think it comes from being bombarded with all this comparison on social media, the need to look for validation from outside, and the contant search for the next dopamine high.

Also I realized I look way too much at the physical attractivness of women too. Past her not being fat, and being atleast a LTB, what she actually is inside, matters more and more.

It's all just cheap empty dopamine that makes you look for more the second you've got the hit. It's never enough.

I want real satisfaction. I want something that doesn't look for more.

And it comes from inside.
