What other container? Is that other container sterile?

Yes, but it must be done using sterile syringe, reconstituted with bac water and refrigerated at the right temperature.

not happening under sterile conditions unless you have a laminar flow hood
why do you even need to do that? you gonna put it in a fuckin jar or something?
