If you think about it, the blackpiller/incel/looksmaxxer's situation is, in a sense, not that different from that of a trans person. Both of these people were born as something they don't want to be, and they want to change themselves to become what they feel like they are on the inside.
Just like there are males and females, us humans also have a dichotomy of Chadhood and subhumanity. In prehistoric times, Chads would take on the role of procreation to advance the species, while unattractive males would have no choice but to serve as drones who did all the manual work that needed to be taken care of.
Looksmaxxers are born destined to become the modern-day equivalent of those drones: people whose lives aren't much more than their professions of software developer, mathematician, doctor, dentist, etc. Many people born into this role are fine with it, especially highly introverted and intellectual people, but some definitely aren't. The looksmaxxer is unhappy with the destiny he was born with, just like how trans people aren't content with their biological sex. The looksmaxxer feels like a sex-having Chad trapped in a worker drone's body, and he seeks to change his body in order to enable him to fully live out the life he's been dreaming of. This is similar in nature to a feminine male who wants to transition to female in order to express themselves as, be treated as, and live life as the person they feel like they are (or the person they feel like they should be).
Liberals really should be supportive of looksmaxxers and incels trying to ascend. Being "translooks", "trans-position-in-the-dating-market", or "trans-life-path" (since looks determine your place in society) is sort of like being transgender.
