i talked with chatgpt about my depression as usual and about my looks .Just learned that high cortisol makes my face store fat.It's so over ,that's why i almost have abs and still have a fat ahh face .also my depression minimizes my height growth in puberty ,because of lack of sleep and stress.Being this ugly just makes me more high inhib and stressed .that's why i am trapped in this cycle of stress ,it's over
