Trash eye area need help

So my under eye area is trash, I don’t know if it’s pigmentation eyebags or if it’s hollow eyes, what’s the difference, and in my case what do I have and what can I do, serums or maybe volitions? And yes, I do have asymmetrical eyes, it’s like that for the whole face, like eyes, jaw, ears, shoulders, nose, chest, but the reason might be sphenoid tilt, any thoughts. Thanks guys.

Put an eye cream (for your under eye) everytime you sleep, and castor oil/minoxidil for the brows

Won’t minoxidil have side effects like I got to keep using or else hair gonna fall out? Also what about volufuline for under eye?

Volufiline is cope just use BB cream until you gets fat graft or something

How is hair falling out if you stop a side effect? And no if u use it very consistently for 6-12 months the results will be permanent because the vellus hairs will turn terminal and DHT doesn’t affect eyebrow hairs too
