A priapism is a long lasting painful erection longer than 4 hours, you risk life long ED if unchecked. I had one for about 3 hours before i clocked out early and went to the ER. I figured it was a combination of being roids, mt2 and tadafil giving me a boner, plus trazodone and prozac which are known to cause priapisms as a rare side effect.
