Is 12 incline and 9 to 11 speed for 30 minutes everyday enough to leanmaxx? Ive doing this for days, what else should help me i am still bloated

nobody is doing 12 incline and 11 speed thats way to much
 
I might exaggerated i do 7-9 speed sometimes i warmup with 6

Just do 12 incline 6 speed for 30-40 min. Thats 300-400 cal burned, 300 cal deficit in diet and your now in a 600-700 deficit
