This causes anxiety, not knowing what to say, stuttering, etc. Literally just treat her as a younger sister you aren’t trying to impress. You will come off as confident and will literally be able to act the way you act around your male friends (funny, carefree, witty, etc).

With you being personality/NT maxxed, one of two outcomes will happen:
- You get friendzoned. This means you didn’t meet their looks threshold and need to keep looksmaxxing.
- She’s attracted to you/starts coming on to you: This means you met their looks threshold, enjoy.

Only chase women if they are playing hard to get I.e. are showing signals of interest but still making you work for it.

If she has flat out friendzoned you, chasing will do nothing but creep her out.
