Treated badly

So guys look, whenever someone is criticizing me, calling me dumb or treating me badly overall i automatically assume they determine that based off my looks and i get really really mad at them and crash out, am i right for this? Picture this someone calls me dumb, i assume that they call me dumb because they think i look like someone who would be dumb and by doing that they are criticizing my looks which makes me sad because i'm deep into this stuff

not wrong tbh, I think the exact same, to the point where I just want to leave society and never come back sometimes, just don't let it bother you because it's only going to get worse if it does..

also remember to don't get mad or crash out when someone does or says this, just ignore them, ppl were doing this to me a few months ago, so I just didn't talk or respond to them at all, they will give up sooner or later.
