Treatments for Norwood 1 level hairloss?

Just came back from the shore to discover that my hairline is at a NW1 and looking into some treatments. To preface, Im 19M so past puberty/damn near past it. I looked into an archived Lookism thread where OP suggested a 5%Minox and 0.5mg of Dut done about 2x daily. Prone to balding but my Mexican genetics are saving me as far as how fast im losing hair goes as ive always had a bit of a widows peak like this:

My questions:
Do brands matter?
Side effects?
Can anyone else attest to this working?
Any other treatments?
Types? (Oral, Foam/Aerosol, etc)

If you dont want to take DHT blockers do a hair transplant and cope with oral minox

No not really

Depends on what you take and how high/low the dose is.
Taking DHT blockers can give you low libido, ED etcetc
