I’m a 6’2 with a decent enough frame (skinny but with some defined features) but it seems nearly impossible to gain an effective amount of weight and muscle what would be an appropriate cycle for someone of my hight and wight to really get the most out the the tren. I’m willing to put the work in I already do I just know I could be getting more out of how much I eat and work out
