Tren and growth plates

So im hoppin on tren in a few days and also some other compounds but for tren i always thought its good for height till i saw some dude saying that tren will close the growth plates directly unlike test where its preventable with AIs
Im not even gonna run high dose tren just adding it to the stack i‘d start with 100 and go up to like 250 but then i got confused when the same dude said that its good for height so what is it now if someone can clear me up
