I understand the desire but I wouldn't straight up do it tbh.

I would start talking about things regular people don't have big negative connotations with or bring it up in a health conscious/ science curious way.

I for example talked about how Soviet neuro pharmacologists had a different approach to Western ones, that they were trying to develop substances that could help their cosmonauts, etc. That's how I brought up Nootropics to them.

Or peptides are quite easy, all the famous glp1s are peptides, you can talk about healing Peptides and how professional athletes take them to recover faster.

I don't remember if I actually talked about it, but I think I explained SARMS to them as well, by explaining their mechanism of action. I think they checked out mentally/ didn't care too much about it, but at least seemed to think Ik what I am doing.

Helps that I got them into going to the gym, taking some normie supplements, eating more healthy, etc.

It's fear mongered as well by some people, but the visual and qol benefits are definitely noticeable by most women.

She discussed a suggestion I made about her HRT with her doctor and they actually implemented it.
So she probably thinks I'm somewhat competent enough to not fuck myself up. Even though she sometimes still makes some negative remarks if I am too open with her.

Upoed to:
Tren 20-35mg/week
Deca 525mg

I may have been lactating when I was using estrogen, but no glandular rowth.

Sex drive is lowkey nuked, but tren saved it a bit
