You should’ve already seen strength gains by week 2, but the peak strength gains come during the 5-6 th week while on tren, how much test are you running?

it would be recomendable if you took some serms that (for example) only bind with breast tissue to make the regular ais so the magority of your estrogen goes to your breast instead of bones
if you miscalclate that it could fuse your plates/give you gyno tho

200test a week
1arimidex a day (or whatever it is called) (with one day of for example dont take it on sunddays)

it dosent really mater but Hgh has this side effect/benefit of making you need up to 12hours of sleep if you use it before bed
If you dose 3 in the moring it will be gone by night and 3iu is a hrt dose so you will sleep like normal if you pin it before bed

Maybe up your testosterone doses and also it takes time to work since the ester+ your gene/enzyme it's not stable and it takes time to build this is why we up for short ester and micro daily administration

Well not exactly it's not stable serum level as you see in the start it goes up and down peaks in the first 48-72 hours then crashes

But if you inject everyday instead you would have stable levels throughout so peak performance

At trt doses just lay off the ai, nuking your e2 wont make you taller it will just give uou the bones of an 80 year old. If estodial is a concern spread some of your total aas into equipoise
