Tren lowkey fuck me

i just finished my tren cycle and lowkey thugged it out until 4 weeks but i think it kinda fucked me tbh, my skin quality to be expected is kinda fucked now and i started to lose some hair, moreso thinning but still pretty bad. im dropping my cycle back to 600 test 300 eq which worked good for me in the past but the main reason for this post is how long does it take for things to go back to the way they were and can i help speed up this process, in terms of skin quality, hair density.

I ran all the correct supps for tren and got frequent blood work done.

for context im these products to try and regain what i lost, (should i add more, switch out or lower dose)
60mg accutane
1% tret
and just other usual skin care skin, moisturizer ect
i also started RU85541 for hair and got oral and topical minox coming

ideally dont wanna touch Dut till im in my mid 20s possibly early, bit of a grey area for me

well anything above 20 or even 18 u should be blocking it ngl bhai

then do the ru and minox till later like the guy said, ru is a very good topical to block the dht but when ur roiding etc u kinda wanna opt for something oral aswell, but since ur 17 just wait with it

tretinoin and natural detox, i wouldnt do accutane if you're still growing so there's not much working stuff left.

and if u get alot of acne from roiding dut will help with that if u ever get on it later

i ran tren and got 0 sides but temporary gyno cuz i didn’t use caber then i deployed it and it went away and uhh night sweats only in the morning when i wake up, Honestly idk how people respond so terrible i fucking love tren it runs better then eq for me, eq gave me more acne then tren by a fucking mile

Icl g I'm getting blood tests next week to start my next cycle , What's your experience on what to start and avoid? If anything made me lose hair I wouldn't take it tbh
