Tren replacement

I am now running tren for every cycle I’ve ever done and I want to switch it up for health reasons. There are many other compounds that give the same effect but worst side effects in a looksmax way. Like there are still dry compounds that wil give you water retention. Can someone give me a good alternative for tren. Doesn’t have to be as strong because tren is number 1 ofc

Nga maybe dont run tren for 6 months What does your physique look like if you are blasting for half a year and u dont have ur dream physique ur doing something wrong
