Most men need a skincare routine you probably have a shit moisture barrier. I'd recommend dropping down to super low TRT with fin or getting off because exogenous testosterone reduces collagen at any dosage. Thats why I PCT'd off.

And use primo as easy at it is
Don’t over do the aromatise inhibitor
Use fin at microdose of like 0.25 mg
And use some peptides and you should be fine
If your that worried
Run a deca only cycle but good luck convincing those mf to take deca
