You barely get 90% supression on 1.5 arimidex its not otimal at all. If you don't nuke test along you can't nuke your e2. And wahtever little ammount of e2 in your body. Tren will advance your BA

should I use test e hmm maybe 50-70mg or would that just keep me at my natural 700-800 ng/dl? maybe 40mg? Then use letro 1.25mg eod?

use relugolix 120mg ed along with letro 2.5 and then you randrogen load for height.

I would add more androgens or relugolix. Its very cheap and very lwo risk plu syou can easily recover with HCG. I can drop my source in DMs if you like. Im always here to help.
