DISCLAIMER:
I am not against the use of Tren or any other 19nor derivative, i think this compounds are really powerful

and can bring a lot of benefits if used correctly

BUT WITH THIS IN MIND...

This information is for educational purposes only
, using Tren can bring a lot of life ruining risks and its not something that should be taken lightly

INTRODUCTION

Hi, i'm making this thread cause i see a lot of org users loving this compound so i figured out that making a full guide would

be pretty useful

With this thread i am gonna cover:

1) What is Trenbolone
2) What it does in the human body
4) How to mitigate its side effects
5) How to source it/pricing

Everything will be covered with scientifical evidence and sources for the data given

WHAT IS TRENBOLONE (17β-Hydroxyestra-4,9,11-trien-3-one)

Trenbolone is a AAS, first synthesized in 1963 and never actually meant for human use, it quickly

became popular in the bodybuilding community
Its a derivative of nandrolone (19-nortestosterone), but it is chemically modified with double bonds
at the carbon 9 and 11 positions, giving Tren way more powerful AR (androgen receptor) affinity,
0 aromatization and strong anti catabolic affects blocking glucocorticoid receptors (aka low cortisol goatis slop)

WHY IS TREN SO POPULAR ON THIS FORUM?

Other than being an insanely good bodybuilding compound tren is also very good for bonemass and height

Why?

Because bone growth occurs via periosteal apposition, which is directly stimulated by the AR (Androgen receptor)
and inhibited by estrogen. Therefore, what we want is maximum AR activation without aromatization.
While testosterone stimulates the AR, it is also highly estrogenic, and an aromatase inhibitor won't save you, as you'll still get a good amount of local Estradiol . This is where non-aromatizing androgens like Tren come in
Trenbolone has a binding affinity for the AR 3-5 times greater than testosterone and does not aromatize.
Unlike oral steroids, it does not pose the same risk of liver toxicity because it is not 17-alpha alkylated.
Therefore, unlike compounds like halo, it can be taken at high doses for prolonged periods, allowing it to actually provide
the AR stimulus it needs to drive bone growth

But keep in mind that the more effective a compound, the greater the side effects and risk profile

Tren pros and side effects

Rapid muscle gain and quicker recovery: Binds strongly to AR in the muscle and
activates the satellite cell in the muscle

Body recomposition: Optimises nutrient partitioning thus allowing the food you eat
to get partitioned better (due to being a strong AR agonist)

Anti muscle wasting: Blocks the receptors of Glucocorticoids such as cortisol

Strong bone gains: Binds with good affinity to bone cells (such as osteoblasts)

Height and frame growth (if plates still opens ofc): gives a strong stimulus to the AR in the ostoblasts
while having no aromatization allowing you to avoid estradiol induced GP closure

Increased local IGF-1 mRNA sensitivity: Increases local IGF-1 gene expression

Side effects (Dont dnr)

Elevated blood pressure: Hyperactivates your RAAS, an hormonal pathway that regulates blood pressure
and blood volume

Rapes your lipids: Lowers your HDL (potentially to single digits) and spikes your LDL cholesterol
as well as spinking Triglycerides, this combined with high LDL thichens the blood more
and increases blood pressure (This can of course be mitigated with a blood pressure and a cholesterol
medication wich i am gonna talk about later)

Left ventricular hypertrophy (heart getting bigger so you can love more): This occurs cause it
directly binds to the AR in the heart tissue, causing it to enlarge and this can cause an increased chance
heart failure later on

Kidneys toxicity: Increases EPO and this causes an increase in red cell count wich leads to kidneys being damaged

Increased chance at all sorts of high blood pressure side effecs: Ischemic stroke, heart failure, heart arrhythmia, kidney damage, seizures, anxiety, chest pain and difficulty breathing

Neurological side effects: Increased irritability and aggression, extreme paranoia and anxiety, insomnia, potential depression and mood swings

Complete LH/FSH suppression and HPTA axis suppression for a prolonged period of time (20+ weeks)

Skin/hair: Acne, oily skin, hair thinning/loss in individuals that are already susceptible (due to hyperstimulating the sebaceus glands)

Tren cough (no scientifical evidence, completely anecdotical): Intense coughing after an injection, happens a lot more frequently
when using Acetate over the other esters, there is no evidence that this causes long term damage

Liver stress: Even if not as much as an oral steroid Tren still fucks up your enzymes

Neurotoxicity: I'm gonna make a whole thread section for this since i cant explain this in 2 words

YOU CAN FIND A MORE DETAILED LIST OF SIDE EFFECTS HERE: https://www.steroidabuse.org/trenbolone-side-effects/

Now: How can you source it and how much it should cost?

So, Trenbolone should cost you around 20$ for a 100mg vial and 30/35$ for a 200mg one.
Also keep in mind that Hexahydrobenzylcarbonate costs more, around 30$ for a 100mg vial (worst ester tbh, similar halflife to Enanthate but double the price)

You can source Domestic tren off MesoRX, probably your best bet.
GGB is also great, QSC has it in stock sometimes, WWB is decent, Fullspectrum should be good, you can source it on IMART but i dont recommend it

And no i wont be a meso unc and say "oh if you cant source something you should not be running it" cause the only difference between someone who can source something and someone who cannot is that the one who knows how to source it got a link from a friend.

THE MOST IMPORTANT PART: HOW TO MITIGATE MOST OF THE SIDE EFFECTS, BEST ANCILLARIES TO RUN

Youth indicators:
ru5884/kx-826 (kx-826 doesnt go systemic) 2 very good topical antiandrogens that you can use every day to prevent androgen induced hair loss

Retinoids and Azeleic acid for skin, i recommend Tretinoin but if you get acne all over your body Accutane might be mandatory

Blood pressure:

Telmisartan
is your best bet since it has other kidney protecting abilities outside of lowering bp, but Nevibolol can be good if you suffer tren anxiety, dont use a BP medication if you dont have BP issues you could end up dead. Always check your BP and have a medication at hand

Lipids:

Ezetimibe/Rosuvastin
, both are great at lowering your LDL but rosuvastatin also increases your HDL, Ezetimibe is fine but Rosuvastatin is better

Sleep:

Melatonin
, in this https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32302915/ study it restored Tren disrupted wake/sleep cycle

Trazodone, good to have on hand if you cant sleep

Lemborexant, not a SARI but a DORA that mogs trazodone to oblivion being an orexin receptor antagonist, so blocking the signals that keep you awake

Gyno:

Cabergoline,
Trenbolone is highly progestogenic, it mimics Progesterone that binds to your estrogen receptors to stimulate breast tissue growth, you can use Caber to lower prolactin and restore normal progesteronic activity

Cardiovascular sistem:

Tadalafil,
inhibits PDE5, relaxes blood vessels and lowers BP, very good for your Cardiovascular health

Neuroprotection:

Tren causes vulnerability to NMDA receptor-mediated excitotoxicity, this causes an increased sensitivity to glutamine signaling, causing glutamine buildup in your synapses. Excess glutamine buildup converts into glutamate and excessive glutamate buildup causes your GABA receptors to overfire causing neuronal apoptosis and neuron death.

Memantine:
Memantine is a NMDA Receptor Antagonist, regulating Glutamate to prevent excitotoxicity https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/books/NBK500025/

Magnesium: Magnesium naturally inhibits NMDA receptors, preventing the toxic calcium influx that leads to cell death or apoptosis

Melatonin: other than sleep its also a strong antioxidant for the brain

Injectable Gluthatione: Prevents oxidative stress on the neurons, and its the brain strongest exogenous antioxidant

Cerebrolysin: Cortexin is also an option, its a bit better for mood while cere is better for neuroprotection

Liver protection:

Gluthatione:
It helps protect liver cells from the damage and inflammation, very good antioxidant Injectable Glutha is way more bioavailable and cheaper than oral

TUDCA and NAC:
Probably not needed on tren but if you want to be extra safe use them, i dont recommend NAC since its not very bioavailable

medication wich i am gonna talk about later)

Left ventricular hypertrophy (heart getting bigger so you can love more): This occurs cause it

at the carbon 9 and 11 positions, giving Tren way more powerful AR (androgen receptor) affinity,
0 aromatization and strong anti catabolic affects blocking glucocorticoid receptors (aka low cortisol goatis slop)

INTRODUCTION

Hi, i'm making this thread cause i see a lot of org users loving this compound so i figured out that making a full guide would

be pretty useful

With this thread i am gonna cover:

1) What is Trenbolone
2) What it does in the human body
4) How to mitigate its side effects
5) How to source it/pricing

Everything will be covered with scientifical evidence and sources for the data given

WHAT IS TRENBOLONE (17β-Hydroxyestra-4,9,11-trien-3-one)
