no compound alone will meaningfully increase FAH
you need to combine all of this in a proper way to get a good increase
as an example, this would be a baseline stack that you're always on:
hgh
ai
pde3 inhibitor (cilostazol)
low dose tyra300 (just a small boost on activity)
ky19382

then you could cycle a pth/pthrp analogue combined with an androgen to get an extra boost on proliferation, then stop taking it to let all of them hypertrophy
repeat that and i bet that would be meaningful

it amplifies the effect of endogenous CNP
pde3 inhibitors are also actually better tolerated in adolescents than adults
