First of all: lets understand Tren neurotoxicity
I will start by saying that unlike popular beliefs, tren is NOT the most neurotoxic compound: Nandrolone is actually more neurotoxic than tren milligram to milligram, dont belive me?
Main neurotoxic pathways, and how to prevent them
Excitotoxic signaling
Reward system desensitization
Hippocampal dendritic atrophy
Oxidative stress
Caspase-3 upregulation
Deunking the: Just pop some Memantine and dwbi, while yes, Memantine is a good compound, it’s not nearly broad spectrum enough for one, as it’s main target is both extrasynaptic NMDA and the calcium ion channel, it does nothing to rescue the neurotoxic cascade upstream (pulled by AR agonism)
And also, more Memantine does not mean more Memantine, start from 1.25mg and only go up if you start forgetting stuff
Clonidine: its an α2-adrenergic receptor agonist, it reduces central sympathetic outflow and norepinephrine release. In experimental model, α2 agonists have shown some potentially neuroprotective effects due to reducing Glutamate release and decreasing neuroinflammation
Genistein: acts as an ER beta agonist, the problem is that it kinda targets ER alpha wich is the receptor responsible for growth plate closure, can still be a good choice if GP are fused
Resveratrol: Very good anti inflammatory proprieties reducing the activation of microglia and suppresses many inflammatory mediators, it also has anti apoptotic effects decreasing caspase-3 activation
It has a shit ton of other neuroprotective benefits, suprisingly niche, just use this
Cerebrolysin: Cortexin is also an option, its a bit better for mood while cere is better for neuroprotection, very good to use in post cycle therapy
