Tret 0.05% is a blessing

Idk if it’s just a placebo or not but my skin has been getting way better after I made the switch to tret 0.05 from 0.025 almost a month ago, my skin feels way smoother and the trouble spots and hyperpigmentation on my cheeks are starting to go away

2 days ago I was with my family for Christmas and one of my older cousins complimented on how clear my skin is compared to when she last saw me (she last saw me in 2020, when my acne was at its peak and I literally couldn’t even look in the mirror without feeling disgusted cuz of my acne)

Gimme 6 more months of this shit + BB cream and I’ll be golden shietttt

Do NOT put tretinoin on your undereyes. There is a risk you will just thin out the region making yourself look like a methhead or if you're brown, a curry. Use hydroquinone for undereye darkness.

You should ask for a 2nd opinion by your dermatologist probably

I’ve been to my dermatologist multiple times and they recommended accutane. That’s not a good option for me because my growth plates are still open. I think my acne has gotten a lot worse after using it so when will it get better? It’s been like 4 months
