Tret actually is starting to work on week 2-3...

First it made my face super red and worse. Now its gotten slightly better a bunch of big areas of acne have become white heads. Those white heads are shrinking.

Only thing that sucks is I can no longer shave I have like 10 white heads and they pop if I shave. But at least the redness has gone down overall. People here said not to pop them.

So I will just ice the area and maybe have to forgo shaving for a few weeks while they reduce

I have patchy facial hair if I could grow even beard it would be fine but it looks bad.

Although I do not have much of a choice
