Ive been on tret 0.025 and azelaic acid 15% for 11 weeks my acne has reduced quite a bit but i have halla pih and still have some acne over my face and still whiteheads and still get an occasional breakout.So idrk what to do how to actually clear my acne before this i used to have mild acne and decided to hop on this for glass skin but everything has been on a downfall since anyone has any recommendations on what to do?

use estriol to negate purging when u boost up and do sandwich method

Do 0.1% tretinoin, it gives results faster

purging is apart of the process, it is necessary because it clears your deepest pores by bringing it to the surface.

what people on here wont tell you is that tretinoin is incredibly mild. this is coming from someone who has used it continuously for 2 years. for actual acne isotretinoin is far more potent and even low doses (e.g. 5mg eod) can substantially outperform tretinoin
