Might be different for isotret (you need to speak with a dermatologist and do a blood test), but topical tret is generally safe.

who the fuck told u topical tretinoin doesnt work, theres no reason to go on isotret unless ur suffering from persistent severe acne, get 0.05% topical tret and taper on it
