So I've been on tret for a week now and here's what I've experienced (it's 0,025% or some like that) so first off I need to say that I use it 2 times a week since I want to ease into it what I've experienced so far is a bit of dry skin but it's easily fixable whit moisturizer cream also my skin gets irritated sometimes but that's also manageable and doesn't happen often now to the good things I've experienced my skin feels tighter, my skin feels smoother(on the parts where it isn't dry) I woke up this morning and got Jumpscared because my skin was like actually glowing honestly insane how good this thing is I'm pairing it whit azelaic acid and sunscreen let me know if y'all got anything else that I should pair whit it

Good. You could also add Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%. It promotes the production of ceramides and free fatty acids, improving the skin barrier's ability to retain moisture and reducing irritation. That's really it tbh
